kippans cabin
Kippan's Cabin was originally built in the early 1930's in Riding Mountain National Park using wood that was milled at Kippan's Mill located within the park. It was moved to Smokey Hollow in fall of 2022 where it has undergone restoration and renovation. Visitors will experience this piece of history, appreciate its unique architectural elements, and enjoy the amenities at Smokey Hollow Resort. This cabin features 1 bathroom and 2 small bedrooms each with a queen bed. Additionally, the charming porch can be used as a seating area or to sleep extra guests (queen sleeper sectional). There is an open concept living space with a full kitchen, living and dining room. This cabin is conveniently located adjacent to the seasonal pool.
cottage suite
The Cottage Suite is a spacious and self-contained two-bedroom, one-bath accommodation, located just steps from the pool for easy access to a refreshing swim. Adjacent to our motel building, this inviting retreat features a private deck with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a cozy electric fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and bar-height seating area, along with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.
archie's cabin
This charming, rustic arched cabin sits just next to Smokey Hollow’s main property. It’s ideal for a couple or a family with young children.
You’ll enjoy a private space with access to all Smokey Hollow amenities, including our heated pool, communal fire pit, and new wood-fired sauna—just a short walk through the backyard.
TINY CABIN
At just under 200 square feet, the Tiny Cabin is a cozy and private retreat tucked away at the back of the property. It features a comfortable queen bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a simple kitchenette equipped with the essentials.

Step outside to enjoy your own private deck with a BBQ, along with a separate entrance and dedicated parking space. You're just a short walk from the pool and other resort amenities—close enough for convenience, yet far enough for peace and quiet.
